Rate: £200 per day
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled multi trader to join our team, specializing in house renovations with a focus on basic carpentry and aspects of wet trades and making good, both internal and external. The ideal candidate will have experience in the previously mentioned skillset for a period of 2 years or longer and will have a labourer working alongside to assist with any lifting or moving of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proficient in basic carpentry, basic roof maintenance and repair.
* Mould Prevention (Internal / External)
* Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
* Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete renovation projects efficiently.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Requirements:
* CSCS Card
* Asbestos Aware Certificate desirable (but help can be offered to obtain this)
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Valid driver's license and own transport. (However, only expected to operate within a 2-mile radius.)
