Our client based in Woking is looking to recruit an Administrator for the next 2-3 months, this role requires someone with previous office experience who is available immediately. The role will be supporting the team with administration and some customer service! Duties: Act as the first point of contact for enquiries Administration such as processing documentation and contract information Sending out customer letters Handling telephone calls Filing and general administration Support with upcoming projects Handling paper files in the officeRequirements: Excellent customer service skills Experience in an office environment Strong attention to detail Able to multi-task effectively Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office packagesPlease apply for further information
