Job Responsibilities
1.Warehouse Management: Be responsible for the daily operation and management of the warehouse, including inventory control, goods storage and allocation, shelf management, and inbound and outbound processes. Ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient management of goods.
2.Warehouse Planning, Optimization, and Customer Onboarding: Based on logistics requirements and market conditions, plan the warehouse layout and configure warehousing equipment to maximize warehouse space utilization and operational efficiency. Optimize warehouse processes to improve the speed and accuracy of goods handling.
3.Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that inventory quantities match sales demands. Develop inventory management strategies, including procurement plans, inventory turnover control, and inventory checks.
4.Logistics Coordination and Distribution: Coordinate with suppliers, transportation companies, and other relevant parties to ensure the timely distribution and delivery of goods. Arrange the loading, unloading, packaging, and transportation of goods, and track the transportation progress of goods.
5.Maintenance of Warehousing Equipment and Facilities: Take charge of the maintenance of warehousing equipment, including shelves, forklifts, conveyor belts, etc. Ensure the normal operation of equipment, prevent and solve equipment failures, and improve work efficiency.
Job Requirements:
1.More than 3 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor.
2.Professionals in logistics, transportation, warehousing and related fields are preferred.
3.Familiar with the operation mode of warehousing and logistics, as well as the management mode of warehouse operations; proficient in the warehouse WMS system; possess professional knowledge and experience in warehouse management and operation.
4.Possess strong abilities in data analysis and organizational coordination.
