* Maintain and grow an existing book of clients
* Deliver product demos and client training via Teams
* Upsell features like mobile apps, payment tools, and integrations
* Track account usage, flag risk, and boost engagement
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support growth
The ideal candidate will have proven B2B sales or account management experience, strong communication skills, and be comfortable using CRMs, Teams, and demonstrating apps.
