Davies is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a growing consumer finance business based in Warrington. Our client helps people access vehicle finance when other lenders won't — it's meaningful work, and their Aftersales team is at the heart of making sure every customer feels heard, helped, and treated fairly.
They're expanding their team and looking for people who are great on the phone, cool under pressure, and genuinely care about getting things right for customers.
What you'll be doing
You’ll be the person customers turn to when something hasn’t gone to plan. That means taking ownership of their concerns from first contact through to resolution — investigating what's gone wrong, keeping people updated, and finding the right outcome. You won’t be passing the buck. You’ll own it.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
* Experience in a telephony‑based role where difficult or sensitive conversations were part of the job — think complaints, collections, retention, insurance claims, utilities, or similar
* A genuine ability to stay calm and empathetic when customers are frustrated
* Strong written skills — you’ll be corresponding by email and letter too
* Good attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy caseload
