Overview
Bennett & Game are delighted to represent a well-established, reputable Architectural Practice based in Epsom who are seeking an ambitious Associate Architect to join their expanding team. This is a unique and exceptional opportunity to obtain shares and progress within an established business, placing the successful candidate at the forefront of a thriving and growing office. The practice has been established for over 40 years, building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, with around 80% of projects from repeat clients. They work across Commercial, Science, Leisure, Healthcare and Education sectors, delivering quality and sustainable designs. Projects typically are up to around £10m in value.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations across various departments, ensuring efficiency and optimal resource allocation
* Play an integral role in expanding and developing the office (currently a team of 15)
* Develop, maintain, and expand client relationships and frameworks
* Lead key client commissions and frameworks, ensuring successful project delivery
* Work closely with other senior management team members to coordinate business development initiatives
* Lead project teams across different sectors from inception to completion
* Help shape and grow the practice's presence
* Contribute to the firm\'s strategic direction, defining the practice vision and growth
Qualifications / Requirements
* Demonstrated ability to lead, manage resources and drive team performance
* A commercially astute individual with the ability to identify new revenue opportunities and maximise existing client relationships
* Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
* Excellent financial acumen, including a solid understanding of fee management and cost control
* Desire to become an Equity Partner of the firm
* Good knowledge of Revit
* Ability to help, lead and manage an Architectural practice of circa 15 staff
Salary & Benefits
* Competitive salary £70,000 - £90,000 DOE
