Office Administrator
Homelink Property Services is a letting agency located in Bedford. We are a busy and growing agency looking for a reliable and well-organised office administrator to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
* Processing tenancy applications – including collecting and verifying tenant references
* Preparing tenancy agreements and issuing contracts to new tenants
* Arranging move-ins – including coordinating key handovers and check-in procedures
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all paperwork is complete and compliant
* Liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure a smooth lettings process
* Supporting the lettings team with general administrative tasks
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar administrative role (experience in property or lettings preferred but not essential)
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems

Must be able to work at least 2 days with every Saturday from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm.
