Are you a commercially guided individual with the project management skills to lead stakeholders to launch new propositions on time?
We are looking for a Customer Monetisation Launch Lead to work in the team leading our digital customer membership and monetisation growth strategy.
You will identify, build, and launch new direct-to-consumer digital propositions that our audiences will love and pay for.
You will work on finding MVP opportunities across our portfolio of brands, setting strict timelines, and driving cross-functional teams (Tech, Editorial, Product, Marketing) to get launches live.
What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Head of Digital Customer - Engagement, Membership & Monetisation, you will be the driving force. You will drive the rapid execution of new digital membership, monetisation, and subscription revenue streams. These streams include premium membership tiers, micro-transactions, and learning bundles.
Operating with a focus on delivery, you will manage the pipeline from concept to live MVP.
You are experienced in project management and excel in a matrix organisation, ensuring every stakeholder knows their deliverables and deadlines.
You will discover the opportunity, launch the MVP quickly, and prove its commercial viability.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
* Experience in project management, proposition, or product role (Publishing/Media sector is desirable).
* Evidence of completing rapidly, you have examples of bringing propositions, products or campaigns to market strictly.
* Experience owning launch KPI's and the ability to produce basic financial models/projections.
* You can run complex, multi-stakeholder projects. You focus on the "how we can deliver," not the "why we can't," and possess a genuine "get stuff done" attitude.
* You don't need direct reports to lead. You are experienced at influencing, and organising diverse teams to ensure your projects are prioritised and delivered.
* You understand the balance between perfection and speed to market. You have hands-on experience stripping back complex ideas into achievable MVPs.
* A deep understanding of how your work delivers revenue. You are completely comfortable owning KPIs
