Lead a workshop that keeps London moving.
As Workshop Manager at our Lambeth Workshop, you’ll play a vital leadership role in ensuring our fleet operations run safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Leading and developing a high‑performing workshop team through coaching, mentoring and clear leadership.
* Driving workshop performance across key operational metrics including VOR reduction, MOT compliance and service delivery KPIs.
* Maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and compliance across all workshop activities.
* Managing workshop budgets effectively while identifying opportunities for efficiencies and continuous improvement.
* Building strong working relationships with internal customers, operational stakeholders and external partners.
* Implementing and improving workshop processes to enhance productivity, quality and service reliability.
* Creating a positive, engaged and accountable workshop culture.
Required Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience managing fleet maintenance operations or vehicle workshops.
* Strong leadership skills with experience motivating and developing teams.
* Excellent knowledge of workshop health and safety standards and compliance requirements.
* Experience managing large or complex vehicle fleets.
* Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
* The confidence to influence stakeholders and build trusted working relationships.
* A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
