High-level Tasks:
1. Design High Potential assessment as part of Talent Management and Leadership Development processes
2. Develop project plan for High-Potential identification and assessment, implement as part of the annual HR processes
Job description details:
3. Develop Psychological construct design
4. Manage Third-Party vendor relationship
5. Design User interface in Third-Party Platform and Company HR Information System
6. Manage Data flow and reporting capabilities, support Governance for Assessment processes
7. Link Assessment to Mentoring topics
Requirements:
8. Psychological background- MA in Psychology, Statistics or Data management, or HR
9. Desired: Work experience at a psychological assessment company, or in-house role
Experience in:
10. Needed: Implementing Third-party Assessments utilized for employee selection, high potential development, leadership development
11. Paired with one of the following (desired):
12. Design of High Potential programs
13. Implementation of Success Profiles
14. Conducting Assessment and Development Centers
Duration: 12 months
