Sales Manager - Aerospace and Defence
Remote – UK with travel
I am currently working alongside an established and rapidly growing manufacturer of cutting – edge interconnect solutions who are seeking a sales manager to join their team in the UK. As Sales Manager your role will be to drive revenue and generate new business within the defence industry.
Sales Manager Responsibilities:
* Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a business development strategy to grow revenue in the UK and emerging markets.
* Market Intelligence: Research market trends, identify new opportunities, and align strategies with industry advancements.
* Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
Sales Manager Requirements:
* Engineering / Electronics degree or equivalent.
* Technical understanding of connectors into harsh environments.
* Successful track record of new business – Building pipeline and closing deals from scratch.
* Have a developed network in the defence industry.
