Project & Change Manager – Clinical Operations Transformation
GSK is accelerating the modernisation of Clinical Operations. As a Project & Change Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering our transformation roadmap - turning strategy into meaningful, lasting change for our teams, systems, and patients. This role sits at the heart of that transformation, ensuring new digital capabilities are adopted, sustained, and delivering true business value. You will help teams navigate change with clarity and confidence, while orchestrating cross‑functional delivery across multiple geographies.
Role responsibilities
Project Delivery & Coordination
* Enable execution of project transformation roadmap aligned with enterprise and R&D priorities.
* Coordinate and support cross‑functional workstreams, ensuring on‑time delivery of key milestones.
* Manage planning activities covering resource alignment, vendor interactions, and project logistics.
Change Leadership
* Apply structured change methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR) to maximise adoption and minimise resistance.
* Support readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement planning, and change impact analysis.
* Develop and deliver communication plans, training materials, and hyper‑care support.
* Monitor adoption, value‑realisation metrics, efficiency gains, and behavioural change indicators.
Stakeholder Partnership
* Build trusted relationships with business partners, digital teams, and project leaders.
* Facilitate cross‑team alignment, address concerns, and create a collaborative, transparent delivery environment.
Decision-Making & Influence
* Own coordination of change management activities within assigned workstreams.
* Escalate risks, blockers, and readiness issues to program leadership with recommended actions.
* Contribute insight on rollout sequencing and timing based on stakeholder insights and impact analysis.

Basic Qualifications & Skills:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
* Bachelor’s degree in a Life Sciences, IT, Computer Science or relevant subject + significant experience supporting transformation, digital implementation, or clinical operations programs.
* Hands‑on experience with change management methodologies and tools.
* Understanding of clinical development processes and how digital technology accelerates them.
* Experience partnering with cross‑functional teams and coordinating with external vendors.
* Exceptional communication, organisation, and relationship‑building skills.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

* Certifications such as PROSCI, CCMP, PMP are advantageous but not required.
