We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our educational team. This role involves providing tailored educational support to students, fostering a positive learning environment, and adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
Responsibilities
* Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in various subjects.
* Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to develop personalised learning plans.
* Communicate progress and challenges with students and their guardians regularly.
* Create engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles.
* Provide support for students with special educational needs, ensuring inclusive practices are followed.
* Encourage a love of learning by motivating students and building their confidence.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Skills
* Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly with children.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information.
* Ability to educate and inspire students of varying abilities and backgrounds.
* Experience or knowledge in special education practices is highly desirable.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed in their studies.

Pay: £9.00-£13.00 per hour
