Are you a highly motivated Property Solicitor ready to step into a senior role with greater autonomy, higher-quality work, and a clear pathway to Partnership? This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well-regarded London firm where you will handle a premium client base, work on complex transactions, and play a key role in shaping the department’s continued growth.

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Associate – Property Law to join their thriving team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional legal services across a broad property portfolio.


The Role – Senior Associate, Property Law

In this senior position, you will manage a diverse and high-value caseload, including:

* Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
* Landlord & tenant matters (leases, renewals, negotiations)
* Property finance and secured lending transactions
* Development projects and site assembly
* High-value residential property transactions (where applicable)

You will also be expected to:

* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Support and mentor junior lawyers and trainees
* Contribute to business development and networking activity
* Work collaboratively across departments on multi-disciplinary matters


What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate:

* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
* 5–10 years’ PQE in Property Law within a UK law firm
* Strong experience in commercial property transactions (essential)
* Proven ability to manage complex matters independently
* Excellent understanding of property law, Land Registry processes, and finance arrangements
* Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills
* A proactive approach to business development and client growth
* Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members (desirable)
