Perfect Personnel are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join a large organisation based in Redditch Worcestershire. Overall Purpose of the role will be to - Over achieve revenue and profit targets for your nominated accounts and win new accounts. You will also be responsible for driving growth and development of the business through key accounts that you will manage. Take ownership and coordinate the management processes in line with the business and customers’ requirements while also forward planning for future requirements. We will also require you to review and develop processes to help standardise, minimise waste and increase efficiency while managing project activity. We are also keen to develop systems to promote transparency within the department and reporting back to the management team. Take a proactive approach in reducing costs and improving efficiency while keeping the teams and the business well informed. Key Result Areas * Overachieve revenue and profit targets for your nominated accounts * Achievement of account plans * To drive continued and sustainable growth through developing and growing accounts and maintaining strong relationships, specifically * Co-ordinating the different stakeholders and being the main point of contact * Creating reports for internal and external top management * Regularly meeting with customers and internal stakeholders to review and improve our operations * New business wins Hours of work are - Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, plus any reasonable requirements associated with the position. This role may include requirements to travel in the UK and abroad Salary – £45,000 plus up to £5k car allowance plus commission (payment based upon revenue and paid quarterly) Job Skills • Excellent negotiating skills • A dynamic, pro-active approach to working with customers, quickly addressing their needs and ensuring any issues and challenges are resolved swiftly • A proven ability to put the customer’s requirements at the heart of what we do, striving to always deliver high quality customer service • Strong understanding of B2B and working collaboratively across functions to achieve success • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of organisations • Track record of managing multiple commercial processes (budgets, contract renegotiation, KPI measurement), forecasting precisely, and identifying the solutions we can offer resulting in a positive commercial outcome for Amco and customers • Full Clean Driving License required for when you are needed to travel
