Please note this vacancy is for bank hours and late shifts only.
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of our residents. This includes assisting with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, dressing, and helping with meals.
You will deliver care that comes from the heart, ensuring residents maintain their dignity and individuality. Your involvement may include helping those with limited mobility, offering emotional support to distressed residents, or providing end-of-life care, always prioritizing their wellbeing.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the appropriate actions to take. All staff are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and to seek advice and escalate concerns as needed.
