You trained in a subject. You built your career around it.
So why should flexible teaching mean being treated like generic cover?
We work with secondary schools to place subject-specialist teachers into classrooms where your expertise actually matters — with clear expectations, real support, and no nasty surprises.
This is teaching without the burnout extras.
What makes these roles different:
* Placements matched to your subject specialism
* Honest insight into schools’ behaviour culture and support
* Day-to-day, short-term, or longer placements — your choice
* No data deadlines, meetings, or parents’ evenings
* Weekly pay and flexible commitment
* Secondary-experienced consultants who know the sector
Who this suits:
* Qualified secondary teachers (QTS / equivalent)
* Teachers stepping away from permanent roles
* ECTs building confidence across schools
* Returners or career-break teachers
* Subject specialists who still want to teach properly
If you want flexibility without losing your professional identity, this is a smarter way to stay in the classroom.
