Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving operational excellence? We’re looking for a dedicatedRMA Inspector & After Sales Support Executiveto join our UK Operations Team in Marlow. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our customers across multiple brands while contributing to the continuous improvement of our after-sales processes.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Conduct regular RMA inspections at third-party premises, ensuring thorough assessments of returned products and full compliance with HSE guidelines.
* Deliver best-in-class customer support, aiming for first-time resolution and customer satisfaction.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with service centre agents, dealers, and key stakeholders.
* Take full ownership of customer interactions, including authorising product collections and coordinating repairs under guarantee.
* Identify cost-effective opportunities and drive efficiency to enhance operational excellence.
* Support departmental projects from concept to delivery with a flexible and proactive approach.
* Continuously improve your product knowledge and invest in your personal development.
* Travel across the UK as needed to conduct on-site inspections and support customer needs.
* Perform detailed assessments of warranty returns during RMA inspections.
* Carry out any ad hoc duties as required by your line manager.
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum of 1 year’s experience in customer service or sales support, with a proven ability to resolve customer inquiries effectively.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement solutions quickly.
* Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
* Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience using CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* High attention to detail with strong data entry and analytical skills.
* Ability to build trust and work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
* A full UK driving license is essential
