Workbased Learning Training Officer
About the Role
You will recruit and complete contractual sign up for new apprenticeship learners and generate new local/regional business relationships to increase work-based learning activities and maintain assessor caseloads. You will maintain learner compliance in relation to WG contractual documentation. You will be responsible for liaising with stakeholders to review learner progress and support learner needs, working under the direction of the coordinator for the area of expertise. Develop and deliver all work-based learning induction activities in line with Welsh Government, Skills Academy Wales, and Coleg y Cymoedd Requirements.
Further Information:
Staff employed at Coleg y Cymoedd will have responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of learners. Undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required by the College, either at your principal place of work or other College premises, commensurate with the grade and responsibilities of the role.
