About the Role
We are a specialist, modern and dynamic law firm located in the heart of Liverpool, seeking an experienced Litigator (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Litigation Executive) to strengthen our long established Housing Disrepair team. You will work alongside Solicitors and Partners on a caseload of Housing Disrepair claims, managing each from instruction through to trial or settlement. The role requires a confident litigator with sound knowledge of the litigation process and a proven track record of handling your own caseload, including successful settlements or trials.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage Housing Disrepair claims from instruction to trial, ensuring a smooth progression through each phase.
* Handle your own litigated caseload, applying specialist knowledge to achieve settlements or favorable outcomes at trial.
* Collaborate closely with Solicitors and Partners to strategise and resolve claims efficiently.
* Maintain high standards of service and support clients throughout the litigation process.
