This is a deals-oriented in-house role with a focus on European large cap Private Equity. This role represents an exceptional opportunity for a commercially minded M&A lawyer from a leading law firm or equivalent in-house team. This is a senior role with a guideline experience requirement of 6 - 12 PQE.
