Position Role: APC CM Ops Desk Officer responsible for the application process to move ARes personnel on to the ARRG and into a valid JPAN, their administration and future assignment as well as their removal and termination. Responsibilities: 1. Facilitating the contact and return of AWOL soldiers within the regional area to their units. 2. Engage with AWOL soldiers, their family, friends and partners to gain their trust in resolving the problems of the AWOL soldier. 3. Liaise and work closely with RMP and Civil Police in dealing with AWOL soldiers. 4. Liaise, advise and work closely with the CoC’s in making decisions about the AWOL soldier. 5. Working with AWS/UWO in addressing welfare problems and connecting soldiers to appropriate agencies and represent service interests within the local communities in the RPoC AOR. 6. Explain objectively the consequences of the AWOL soldier's actions to all associated parties. 7. Conduct a minimum of 2 days UK Ops Trg and support the JMC during UK Resilience Ops.
