* £28,000 base salary

What you'll be responsible for:
* Own the
full 360° executive recruitment process
, working with both clients and candidates
* Specialise in a
niche global industry sector
within our core markets
* Develop new
client relationships
and nurture existing ones
* Headhunt
and engage top senior-level talent
* Advise and consult with clients on
executive hiring strategies
* Work independently and within a team, building your
specialist market
like your own business
What we're looking for:
* A
Bachelor's
or
Master's
degree (preferred but not essential)
* Drive, confidence, and a hunger for success in a
sales/business development environment
* A positive, resilient, and competitive
mindset
* Strong
teamwork
skills with the ability to work
independently
* Accountability for
achieving targets
and growing your specialist market
