Customer Care Executive - Complaints

Coventry office

37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday

We’re looking for experienced customer service professionals to join our growing team based in Coventry city centre offices.

This role is suitable for those who have worked in a contact centre environment and are passionate about delivering customer-first experiences, focusing on "getting it right first time". Experience in the energy or utilities sector is highly desirable but not essential. Proven customer service experience is required.


In This Role You Will Be

* Answering inbound calls and resolving customer queries efficiently.
* Monitoring email inboxes and web chats, providing responses within KPI timeframes with high customer care standards.
* Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and adapt to changing priorities in a busy contact centre environment.


Working Pattern

This role is based in Coventry City Centre, Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00, with a one-hour lunch break. No evening or weekend work is required.
