Delivery Associate / Consultant
3pm finish on Fridays – 37.5 hours a week contract

Founded in 2011, we specialise in providing recruitment solutions to STEM businesses across the UK. Due to continued success and growth, we are looking to expand our recruitment team.
We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Delivery Associate / Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for working primarily within the Engineering & Manufacturing sector, developing relations and sourcing suitable candidates for vacancies.
Your role involves supporting the business by sourcing talent for various positions across the UK. The primary responsibility is sourcing the best talent for our clients.
Requirements
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience within a recruitment environment
* Highly organised and able to work to strict deadlines
* Team player with an ability to multitask and take initiative
* Proactive and a self-starter
Duties
* Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a streamlined service
* Build a strong rapport with candidates throughout the recruitment process
* Act as an ambassador through interaction with clients and candidates
* Provide an excellent customer and candidate experience

* Flexible/Hybrid working – 3 days in the office / 2 days remote
