Brand Manager (Soup)
Location: London (with regular travel to Grimsby)
Are you a passionate brand marketer with a love for food and innovation? We’re looking for a Brand Manager – Soup to join our UK Marketing team and play a key role in driving growth across our leading soup brands.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile portfolio, including New Covent Garden, Yorkshire Provender, and Cully & Sully. Each brand is on a journey of transformation, and you’ll be at the heart of shaping their future in the UK market.
Based in London, you’ll also regularly travel to our Grimsby production site, where our soups are made, giving you hands-on exposure to product development and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Growth
1. Support the development and delivery of annual growth plans for the UK soup category
2. Identify and execute key growth levers across the portfolio
Portfolio & Product Management
3. Lead the portfolio strategy, including brand architecture and visual identity
4. Define and strengthen the role of each brand within the market
5. Drive innovation and renovation projects (NPD), ensuring high quality execution
6. Lead cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders, including external partners
Innovation
7. Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the soup category
8. Build and manage a strong innovation pipeline
9. Own projects through stage-gate processes from concept to launch
Engagement & Collaboration
10. Drive internal alignment and excitement around brand plans
11. Build strong relationships across teams to deliver innovation and growth
About You
We’re looking for someone who is commercially minded, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Essential:
12. Degree (2:1 or above)
13. 3+ years’ experience in marketing or brand management
14. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
15. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Desirable:
16. Experience in FMCG, grocery, or food
17. Marketing or business-related degree
18. CIM qualification

21. Passionate about food (especially soup!)
22. Driven, enthusiastic, and results-focused
What You’ll Be Responsible For
23. Delivering against NSV and EBITDA targets
24. Managing indirect marketing and trade spend
25. Supporting innovation projects to achieve target returns
Working Pattern & Travel
26. London-based role
27. Regular travel to our Grimsby factory (where our soups are produced)
28. Occasional travel as required across sites
