Responsibilities
* making outbound calls to customers to make appointments including explanation of the service being offered.
* receiving inbound calls from customers requesting a water efficiency audit.
* scheduling appointments using booking system.
* liaising with engineers about their workload
Requirements
* Telephone call handling essential
* Basic office administration
* Excellent communication skills and capable of explaining technical service over the phone to all types of people.
