About The Role
As a Night Senior Care Assistant at Larkhill Hall, kindness is at the core of everything you do. You will help residents with personalised care plans, ensuring security, dignity and independence. You will lead a team of Care Assistants and maintain the highest standards of care, supporting residents in daily activities, including helping with meals, mobility, and social/recreational activities, and administering medication.
You will be involved in providing essential physical and mental stimulation through activities, and you will maintain accurate records and build strong relationships with your team.
Safeguarding is everyone\'s responsibility. You will recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise. All colleagues attend safeguarding training and may undertake additional training. You should seek appropriate advice and escalate concerns if action is not taken.
