Youll be responsible for the efficient processing of repair orders for a global customer base, central to the customer service operation.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Repair order administration: customer repairs, inbound documentation, quotations, securing approvals, shipping documentation, raise invoices.
2.Customer relations: primary contact for overseas customers.
3.Additional Duties: switchboard support, support process improvement and assist with other teams.
