About the RoleWe’re looking for a commercially focussed Sales and Marketing Lead to lead go-to-market efforts with a strong focus on partnerships. You’ll spend roughly 50% of your time developing and managing strategic partnerships, 30% on outbound business development, and 20% on shaping and executing marketing initiatives that support growth.This is a hands-on role at the intersection of purpose and commercial impact, ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, can build relationships across sectors, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. Key ResponsibilitiesPartnerships (50%)Identify, negotiate, and activate strategic partnerships with financial institutions, accelerators, networks, and industry bodies.Develop joint value propositions and co-marketing initiatives.Nurture relationships with senior stakeholders and align partnership strategy to business goals.Track and report on partnership performance and impact.Business Development (30%)Build and manage a sales pipeline of potential enterprise customers and channel partners.Conduct outbound outreach and handle early-stage sales conversations.Collaborate with founders and product team to refine pitches and proposals.Represent the company at industry events and sustainability forums.Marketing (20%)Collaborate on messaging and positioning across website, decks, and campaigns.Manage light-touch content creation and social media presence.Support product marketing efforts during launch and beyond.Develop basic enablement materials (e.g., case studies, partner briefs).
