Your Role
We are on the lookout for an inspirational SEN Teacher with experience in Key Stage 4 (KS4). If you have a passion for teaching English and a commitment to making a difference, we want to hear from you!

* Deliver engaging and adaptive lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
* Implement effective curriculum development to ensure meaningful learning experiences.

What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
* A qualified SEN Teacher status (QTS essential) with experience across key stages.
* Previous experience teaching vulnerable children at KS4.
* Preferably, a specialism in English or the ability to teach it effectively.
* A proactive and flexible teaching approach, with strong differentiation skills.
* Exceptional behaviour management skills, combined with a nurturing and empathetic demeanor.
* A collaborative spirit, eager to contribute to a supportive school culture.
* A passion for creative arts is highly desirable, adding inspiration to our curriculum.
