Neighbourhood Team Social Worker London Borough of Camden are looking to expand their current team with a dedicated Neighbourhood Team Social Worker looking for an opportunity to join a well-structured and organised team. Neighbourhood Team Social Worker responsibilities include: Carrying out initial safeguarding enquiries and s42 enquiries Providing advice to the public, partner agencies and regulated care providers in relation to safeguarding concerns Completing home visits and safeguarding assessments and reports Liaising with other professionals Knowledge of relevant legislation Holding cases Working with people at risk, and people who have caused harm. Attending multidisciplinary meetings Completing referrals to relevant agencies for support Minimum requirements / Experience preferred: Post qualifying experience of working as a Neighbourhood Team Social Worker or within a Locality Team.
