Overview
This is a role as a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The role involves delivering high-quality personal care to residents, contributing to the care team, and ensuring the continuity of services.
Responsibilities
* Assisting residents with personal hygiene to support optimum independence, dignity and respect at all times.
* Recognising and understanding clinical risk areas (e.g., weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, signs of infection) and escalating identified risks promptly.
* Acting courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting each resident\'s dignity and individuality.
* Practising safe systems of work across the range of tasks.

Your focus as a Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
Shift Details: day and night positions available.
