Job Description
3. Monitor and manage the credit control process to ensure timely payments from clients.
4. Prepare and reconcile customer accounts in the accounting system.
5. Communicate with clients to resolve outstanding balances and payment queries.
6. Work closely with internal departments to ensure accurate invoicing and billing records.
7. Generate and analyse financial reports related to credit and collections.
8. Assist in implementing credit policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
9. Support the finance team with month-end processes and reconciliations.
10. Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
11. Previous experience in credit control or a related accounting and finance role.
12. A strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
