About the Role
We are looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer who enjoys solving real business problems, contributing to technical discovery, and getting involved across the full lifecycle of solution design and implementation. This is not a narrow coding role. You’ll work closely with senior technical leadership to: help shape and analyse requirements, participate in discovery workshops, document findings and processes, propose solution ideas, and then help build the technical implementation. If you’re a capable full-stack engineer who wants to broaden into solution design, data modelling, and technical leadership, this role offers a clear development path.
Responsibilities
Software Development
* Build and maintain full-stack features across modern JavaScript front-end frameworks and backend services.
* Develop UI components, API integrations, and small-to-medium application features.
* Assist with building proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and demos for clients.
* Help implement data models, service logic, and structured backend components.
Discovery & Analysis
* Support (and occasionally lead) technical discovery activities alongside senior team members.
* Take part in client or internal workshops to understand business problems and technical needs.
* Document findings, workflows, requirements, and system/process diagrams.
* Contribute to early-stage solution ideas and technical recommendations.
Solution Design Support
* Assist in designing data structures, application flows, and high-level solution approaches.
* Translate discovery outputs into clear technical specifications and tasks.
* Work with senior developers to refine architectural decisions and implementation plans.
Collaboration & Delivery
* Work closely with offshore developers to clarify requirements and review outputs.
* Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality engineering standards.
* Help maintain internal documentation, best practices, and technical frameworks.
Skills & Experience
Essential
* 2-4+ years of experience as a full-stack developer.
* Hands-on experience with at least one major JavaScript front-end framework (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
* Practical backend experience (.NET, Node.js or equivalent), including building or consuming APIs.
* Solid understanding of databases, relational concepts, and basic data modelling.
* Ability to write clear documentation and communicate complex ideas simply.
* Comfortable working across multiple workstreams and adapting to new challenges.
* A proactive mindset with the willingness to learn, explore, and ask good questions.
Desirable
* Experience participating in workshops or client-facing discussions.
* Exposure to PowerBI or similar BI tools (data shaping, modelling basics).
* Experience working with offshore or distributed teams.
* Familiarity with designing technical diagrams or workflows.
* Interest in moving into solution design, architecture, or technical leadership.
