Collaborate across sectors—airports, advanced technology facilities, residential refurbishments, rail and energy—to shape skylines and transform communities. Integrate digital delivery and modern engineering practices, ensuring projects are on time, within budget and meet rigorous client expectations.
Maintain a global perspective, applying knowledge of US codes and international experience, while championing sustainability and safety in every design.
Requirements
* Chartered Engineer (IStructE, ICE, or equivalent)
* Proven structural design expertise from concept to completion
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills
* Ability to engage clients and present innovative solutions
* Experience with structural analysis software (ETABS) and digital delivery
* Knowledge of multi‑disciplinary design processes and sustainable design principles
* Commercial acumen to drive project success
