Job Description Assets and Investment Surveyor - Social Housing Your new company Are you an experienced surveyor with a strong background in housing assets and capital works? A local authority is seeking a proactive Assets & Investment Surveyor to join their Housing Assets Team on an immediate-start basis. This is a long-term temporary position with the potential to go permanent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone confident managing investment programmes, diagnosing building issues, and ensuring contractors deliver high‑quality work across a varied housing portfolio.
