The Opportunity The firm is seeking a Client Services Administrator to support Financial Advisers and Paraplanners. This is a key role within the business, ensuring client service runs smoothly and that all administrative processes are delivered to a high standard. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the financial services industry and should be confident communicating directly with both clients and product providers. Candidates who have started or wish to start CII studies will be fully supported. Key Responsibilities Pre-Sales Support Prepare Engagement Letters, Letters of Authority, Client Agreements, and application forms Obtain valuations, quotes, and relevant policy information Create and maintain compliant client files Client & Adviser Support Provide updated valuations and information ahead of client meetings Prepare background materials for Advisers Manage Adviser diaries, meetings, and workload planning Maintain accurate client records within back-office systems Update and maintain email distribution lists Administrative Duties Handle incoming calls and greet visitors General filing and ad-hoc admin work Support Adviser teams with case progression and provider communications Ensure processes, systems, and compliance requirements are followed Professional Development Maintain and develop personal knowledge and qualifications Take part in relevant training, development, and competency programmes Key Competencies Quality & Accuracy: High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent client service Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal communication Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate within a small, supportive team Planning & Organisation: Ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and stay organised Process Adherence: Comfortable using IT systems and following structured processes Benefits & Package Competitive salary 7.5% annual bonus Full exam support, including £500 per passed exam 25 days holiday additional days with length of service Flexitime between 8am–5pm Paid parking Pension: 3% employer / 4% employee Death in Service: 4x salary PHI: 75% to age 65 (13-week deferred period) Supportive, young, and progressive team culture Genuine progression opportunities Recruitment Process Stage 1: Online interview with senior members of the team Stage 2: Face-to-face interview at the Ramsbottom office
