The role is responsible for leading one or more stages during the off-net access delivery cycle, including identifying partners, assessing access feasibility, delivery, account settlement, supplier management, and service experience improvement. The objective is to ensure timely and successful off-net quoting and delivery at optimal costs. This is a tactical role that contributes to defining the operational plans based on business strategy, with a significant mid-term impact on the overall results of the business unit.
Responsibilities
* Identify national and regional access suppliers/partners and competitors to deliver last mile delivery.
* Lead discussions and initial negotiations with potential access suppliers/partners on contractual capabilities.
* Maintain strong relationships with access suppliers to improve delivery efficiency and costs.
* Explore opportunities to expand business with key vendors through new portfolios and order types.
* Collaborate with product teams to develop new technology solutions with partners.
* Design effective off-net access solutions considering route maps, power and path diversity, tailored to local market conditions to meet customer needs.
* Provide support to sales and cross-functional teams for negotiations, special pricing requests, non-standard partner offerings, and expedited delivery to enhance bid success rates.
* Finalize and renew vendor contracts for maintenance and installation of network components to ensure optimal operations.
* Conduct regular performance reviews with key suppliers covering pre-sales feasibility, cost, delivery, and post-sales support.
* Assist in planning and implementing jeopardy and contingency measures to meet delivery timelines.
* Experience in telecommunications, especially in managing Telco partners.
