Overview
Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in the Fashion, Home & Beauty section in Newry (The Quays). You will be a brand ambassador delivering remarkable service, recommending our latest fashion items, and helping customers feel valued every time they shop with us.
Work Pattern: Wednesday 17:30 – 21:30; Friday 17:30 – 21:30; Saturday 15:30 – 19:30.
Responsibilities
* Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points.
* Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring shelves are stocked.
* Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, promotions and selling opportunities.
* Engage proactively with customers to understand needs, make recommendations, and deliver excellent service.
* Build product knowledge to sell our products and services.
* Utilise digital tools and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience.
