This well-established home provides nursing, dementia and residential care and has a strong reputation for high-quality, person-centred care. This is an excellent opportunity for an existing Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead looking to step into a supportive, supernumerary leadership role. The Role As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will: Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day clinical and operational running of the home Lead, mentor and develop the nursing and care teams Ensure the home consistently delivers safe, effective and high-quality care Oversee clinical governance, audits, care planning and compliance Work closely as part of a multi-disciplinary team Act as a positive role model with a hands-on, supportive leadership style Candidate Requirements To be considered, you must have: RGN qualification with an active NMC pin Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Deputy Manager (or equivalent Clinical Lead role) Previous experience working within a nursing home environment Strong background in elderly and dementia nursing care A genuine passion for elderly care and clinical excellence Confident leadership, communication and organisational skills Interview Process Stage 1: Interview with the Home Manager Stage 2: Formal interview with the Home Manager & Operations Manager Location & Commutability The home is based in the Oxford area and is easily commutable from Abingdon-on-Thames, Kidlington, Witney, Thame, Faringdon, Didcot, Yarnton, Banbury, Aylesbury, Bicester, Burford and Bampton.
