The Role:
As Senior Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on major construction schemes from pre-construction through to delivery and handover. You’ll be responsible for managing project teams, programme delivery, client relationships, health & safety, quality, and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all stages of project delivery
Manage site-based teams including subcontractors and direct staff
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
Foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture on-site
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects (£10m+)
Background in main contracting with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams
Commercial awareness and sound contractual knowledge
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work
Full UK driving licence
