Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Leader to oversee and manage operations within a designated area. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring high standards of performance, and driving operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to team development, and the ability to implement effective management strategies.
Duties
* Supervise daily operations within the assigned area, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
* Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve their full potential and maintain high levels of engagement.
* Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement where necessary.
* Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and teamwork.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.
* Collaborate with other departments to align goals and enhance overall operational efficiency.
* Provide training and support to new employees as part of their onboarding process.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a supervisory role is essential.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with team members at all levels.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £13.90 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
