MCS Group is looking for a Resource Planning and Capacity Manager for a growing SaaS business in NI, who is establishing a new Resource Planning function to support the Professional Services side of the business. This Resource Planning and Capacity Manager will take on a high-impact role, bringing visibility, structure, and insight to resource capacity across Implementation, Engineering, and Client Delivery teams. You will play a key role in ensuring the right people are allocated to the right projects at the right time, supporting effective delivery and future workforce planning. The Role: Own resource planning and capacity management across Professional Services Maintain visibility of team capacity, availability, and utilisation Forecast resource demand in collaboration with Delivery, Engineering, and Sales Translate sales pipeline data into forward-looking resource plans Build and maintain resource planning dashboards and reporting Develop scalable planning processes and a skills matrix to support growth Take on a newly created role with real ownership and influence Have a real opportunity to shape scalable delivery operations in a growing SaaS business The Person Circa 5 years' experience in resource planning, workforce planning, or delivery operations Background in a SaaS, technology, consultancy, or professional services environment Strong analytical and forecasting skills with a data-driven approach Experience with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Float, Mavenlink, or similar Confident working cross-functionally with Delivery, Engineering, and Sales teams Bottom of Form Salary : £50k - £60k (DOE) Location : Several Locations in NI - Hybrid (approx. 2 days per week in the office) To speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity please send an up-to-date CV via the link provided or contact Jill Johnston, Head of IT Contracts, at MCS Group Even if this position is not right for you, we may have others that are.
