Catering Supervisor Contract: Food Location: Luton, LU1 3PG Hours of work: 37.5 Working Pattern: Monday - Thursday, 7am - 3:30pm & Friday 7am - 1pm Contract Type: Permanent Hourly Rate: £13.00 - £13.60 We are seeking a dedicated Food & Hospitality Supervisor for a busy site to oversee a team of placemakers in the staff restaurant, hospitality, and coffee bar. As a Catering Supervisor, your leadership will ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for both customers and staff. The Role Manage and support staff in delivering all aspects of catering services efficiently and effectively. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards comply with company and statutory regulations. Build and maintain strong working relationships with staff, clients, and external partners. Achieve objectives through effective planning, allocation, and monitoring of work. Oversee recruitment, training, and development, ensuring succession plans for key roles. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to food safety, operations, HR, and staff management.
