Job Summary

Promotes products, pursues sales leads, concludes orders, and arranges internal sales logistics.


Responsibilities

* Responds to calls from customers or distributors to purchase products, resolve account problems, and follow up on supply or logistics concerns.
* Collaborates with sales account representatives or managers to resolve issues.
* Works with the manager to set margins when deviations from guidelines are needed to promote sales.
* Maintains reports to track inquiries, quotes, and bids.
* Achieves annual sales targets through customer follow-up and problem resolution.
* Adheres to all Health & Safety policies.
* Performs any other duties reasonably required within the role's scope.


Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business.


Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Fully site-based

* Experience in customer service or sales roles.
* Experience managing multiple accounts and customers.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Access, Excel, Word).
* Experience with SAP (ERP software for quotations, orders, etc.).
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Strong customer service orientation.
* Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in high-pressure environments.
