Job Title: Business Analyst - Investment Regulatory

About the Job you are considering:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong investment regulatory expertise, particularly PRIIPs and KIID, to support regulatory change and ongoing compliance initiatives within the investment products space


Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.


Your Role:
* Interpret and analyse PRIIPs, KIID/KID and related regulations
* Translate regulatory requirements into clear business and functional requirements
* Work closely with Compliance, Product, Technology, and Operations teams
* Support regulatory change initiatives, including impact assessments and remediation
* Produce high-quality BA artefacts (BRDs, process flows, data mappings)
* Support UAT and delivery activities through to implementation

Your Skills
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services
* Hands-on knowledge of PRIIPs and KIID/KID disclosures
* Strong understanding of investment products (funds, ETFs, structured products)
* Experience working on regulatory change programme
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Desirable: (Not Mandatory)
* Asset or Wealth Management background
* Knowledge of MiFID II, SFDR, or broader EU/UK regulatory frameworks
* Experience with Agile delivery environments'
