The Role
The
Account Coordinator
plays a key supporting role within the global sales team, working closely with Account Managers. This is a dynamic, customer-facing role suited to a proactive and detail-oriented individual looking to build experience in account coordination and client relationship management. Based in London, the role offers strong progression opportunities within a rapidly growing international IT company.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Support Account Managers with quotes, order fulfilment, portals, and project execution
* Maintain accurate forecasts using the CRM system
* Ensure strong communication and follow-up with clients and internal teams
* Keep detailed knowledge of client needs and expectations
* Act as liaison between stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services
Essential Skills
* 1+ year in IT sales support, account coordination, or account management (other industries with transferable skills considered)
* Salesforce knowledge (desired)
* Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
* Strong relationship-building skills, both internal and external
* Ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of the IT channel desirable
