A highly successful CPO, CHRO, People/HR Director or Senior HR Consultant who loves unlocking business potential and driving people solutions that change lives. Main Responsibilities
* Lead delivery of HR solutions: business and strategic planning, culture change, transformation, change management, leadership development, organisational design, D&I, wellbeing, L&D and talent management.
* Full accountability for managing a portfolio of clients and partnering with teams to ensure first‑class HR service.
* Collaborate with the Regional Director and marketing team to attract and gain new clients.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in influencing strategic direction and partnering with the Board & Senior Executive team.
* Business consulting skills: spotting opportunities and influencing at all levels.
* Ideally CIPD Level 7 or equivalent.
* Strong people‑oriented leadership with ability to lead teams and nurture relationships.
* Credible and able to connect with SME business owners.
* Autonomous, tech‑savvy, organised – embraces new ways of working.
* Commercial mindset – a business person who does HR.
* Pragmatic – strategic yet ready to roll up sleeves.
* Excellent listening, questioning, and daily value‑adding mindset.

Additional Information
Client work may have some remote scope, but most service is onsite; candidates should reside within easy commute of the specified regions.
