Graduate SEN Support Assistant – Psychology Pathway
Location: Coventry | Start Date: September 2026 | Full-Time | Long-Term

Vision for Education are recruiting Graduate SEN Support Assistants to work in specialist SEN schools, with a strong focus on supporting pupils with SEMH needs, challenging behaviour and Autism (ASC).

The Role
• Support students with SEMH needs, Autism (ASC) and behavioural challenges
• Help pupils regulate emotions and manage behaviour positively
• Build strong, consistent and trusting relationships
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams
• Support learning, engagement and social development
This is a relationship-led, highly rewarding role where resilience and consistency are key.
Who We’re Looking For
• Final-year Psychology or Counselling students (or recent graduates)
• Strong interest in SEMH, behaviour or Autism support
• Calm, resilient and emotionally intelligent individuals
• Confident communicators who can build rapport
✔ No school experience required – your degree is highly transferable
